A Swimfit® Activate+ session is an exciting new social experience in the pool delivered by a fully qualified Swimfit® instructor. You'll discuss your individual goals before getting started on your very own pool workout programme to follow, including various strokes to try and tips to get more from your swim.

A low intensity gp referral class aimed at those who want to improve strength, fitness and well being at a lower, gentle pace. The class improves mobility, strength and stamina and utilizes a number of stations, each working a different part of the body.
Studio Cycling & Core
A pure aerobic workout at its best without the worries of highly choreographed moves. A studio based cycle class with additional core utilisation performed to pumping music, where you have full control over the resistance and how hard you work!
A specialised form of interval training that involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise, separated by longer intervals of low intensity exercise.

Gentle Legs, Bums and Tums
A gentle verison of the Legs, Bums and Tums session, which includes a warm-up followed by a series of exercises concentrating on the legs, bums & tums.
Resistance based aerobic exercise in water, which gives you the buoyancy to reduce impact on the joints making it ideal for those recovering from injuries. Through having a thorough workout and using pool based equipment you can tone your muscles, use hydrotherapy and improve cardio vascular fitness. This class is also suitable for under 16's.
This class is aimed at providing a fun and friendly dance routine for all abilities to participate in. This is focused on developing cardio vascular fitness and building on coordination and balance through choreographed routines. This class is suitable for under 16's.
