Abs Blast

An abdominal workout with a focus on core strength and stability to improve your posture, training technique, ability, and body shape! This class is great for improving performance with certain sports, back pain and for withstanding abdominal muscles.

    An aerobic and toning workout to music in the pool. The water supports your body's weight making the class moderate intensity.

  • Boot Camp

    A class that combines various exercises and movements to work different body areas in one class

  • Booty Tone

    Burn a high amount of calories in a short period of time and get results quickly, specifically targeting the bottom and legs.

  • Circuit Training

    A dynamic class that involves a mixture of resistance, cardiovascular & weight exercises.

  • Dance Aerobics

    A fun and funky way to move to the music, learn some fantastic dance moves and get fit at the same time.

  • Fight FX

    Use mixed martial arts programming and conditioning techniques to enhance body composition and elevate fitness levels.

  • Legs, Bums & Tums

    Legs, Bums & Tums

    A strength and cardio class featuring a series of exercises concentrating on the legs, bums & tums.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is a head to toe fitness method. This mat based exercise class will take you through a conditioning routine to improve strength, flexibility and endurance and is a great way to build skills that will carry over into your sporting activities and everyday life.

  • Pump FX

    Pump FX

    A complete resistance training workout featuring a bar and weight plates set to the latest chart and club anthems.

  • Step

    A fun-filled challenging workout for mind and muscle involving performing a variety of steps up on to an elevated platform.

  • Studio Cycling

    A class with a vigorous workout based in the fitness studio on our specially designed studio exercise bikes.

  • Zumba®

    Exercise in disguise - you won't even realise you are exercising it is so much fun!

  • Body & Tone

    Body & Tone

    Increase muscular strength and tone and get your heart rate up. A great class for those that want too see a change in their body shape.

  • Swimfit®

    A Swimfit® Activate+ session is an exciting new social experience in the pool delivered by a fully qualified Swimfit® instructor. You'll discuss your individual goals before getting started on your very own pool workout programme to follow, including various strokes to try and tips to get more from your swim.

  • Fitsteps

    Devised by Natalie Lowe, Mark Foster and Ian Waite from Strictly Come Dancing... Fitsteps is a fun and energetic way to stay fit - mixing ballroom dancing and latin up-tempo steps together.

  • Pyramid Cycling

    An enhanced form of bike-based interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intensive recovery periods. HIIT the Pyramid by stacking those moves and feeling the burn as you pedal to a fitter leaner you!

  • Kettlercise

    Using smaller Kettlebells than in traditional classes, Kettlercise focuses on a number of blood pumping exercises designed to burn fat and improve performance!

  • Yogalates

    Yogalates is a core focused class that pulls from the ancient asanas of yoga as well as the core centered movement of Pilates.

  • Young at Heart

    Targeted towards our older members, but designed for all ages, this class combines gentle aerobics with light weights.

  • Cardiac Rehab

    A class geared towards members who have previously suffered heart complications and are on the road to recovery.

  • Senior Circuits

    A slightly less-intense version of circuit training geared towards our older members offering a wide variety of exercises and movements.

    Rehab Circuits

    A low intensity gp referral class aimed at those who want to improve strength, fitness and well being at a lower, gentle pace. The class improves mobility, strength and stamina and utilizes a number of stations, each working a different part of the body.

  • Studio Cycling & Core

    A pure aerobic workout at its best without the worries of highly choreographed moves. A studio based cycle class with additional core utilisation performed to pumping music, where you have full control over the resistance and how hard you work!

    The Ultimate form of interval training that involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise, separated by longer intervals of low intensity exercise.
