Swimming Classes

    Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit is a 30 minute session that combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional 'Old school' bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!

  • Aqua Aerobics

    An aerobic and toning workout to music in the pool. The water supports your body's weight making the class moderate intensity.

    A class including various muscle toning and body sculpting techniques utilising aerobic movements and a variety of exercises

    A combination of breathing exercises, physical movements and meditation.
