Widely regarded as one of the best ways to work multiple parts of the body with limited pressure on joints, swimming is a great way to stay in shape and stay healthy. Each of the swimming pools at our venues are highly maintained to ensure the perfect swimming environment and with a wide selection of swimming sessions available you can choose the best session to suit you. We offer a range of pool-based group exercise classes too, from Aquacise to Aqua Zumba. These are a great way to compliment your weekly routine and also enjoyable with friends so why not give them a go!

    A Swimfit® Activate+ session is an exciting new social experience in the pool delivered by a fully qualified Swimfit® instructor. You'll discuss your individual goals before getting started on your very own pool workout programme to follow, including various strokes to try and tips to get more from your swim.

  • LES MILLS BODYATTACK™

    BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

    This class will soon have you dancing your way to a fitter healthier you, shaping and toning your body whilst also improving strength and endurance. Packed full of sizzling and inspiring moves with the added benefit of being water based, reducing the impact on joints.
