About Me

In 2010 I was at my heaviest weight, classed as medically morbidly obese , with a BMI of over 50 and suffering from anxiety and depression. I knew I needed to change.
Since then I have worked constantly towards reaching my goals and I am now at a total weight loss of 14 stone.
