Three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of stretching and core work.

    Known as the Zumba® "pool party," the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout!


    The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast!

  • Booty Tone

    Burn a high amount of calories in a short period of time and get results quickly, specifically targeting the bottom and legs.

  • Boxercise

    A cardio exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.

  • Circuits

    A dynamic class that involves a mixture of resistance, cardiovascular & weight exercises.

  • Hips Bums and Tums

    Hips Bums and Tums

    A strength and cardio class featuring a series of exercises concentrating on the hips, bums & tums.

  • Over 50’s 202020

    20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of stretching and core work.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is a head to toe fitness method. This mat based exercise class will take you through a conditioning routine to improve strength, flexibility and endurance and is a great way to build skills that will carry over into your sporting activities and everyday life.

    Shotokan Karate

    A weapon-less martial art that is founded on the basic techniques of punching, striking, kicking and blocking.

    A fun-filled challenging workout for mind and muscle involving performing a variety of steps up on to an elevated platform.

  • Swimfit®


    A Swimfit® Activate+ session is an exciting new social experience in the pool delivered by a fully qualified Swimfit® instructor. You'll discuss your individual goals before getting started on your very own pool workout programme to follow, including various strokes to try and tips to get more from your swim.

    BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

    A fun and funky way to move to the music, learn some fantastic dance moves and get fit at the same time.
