BPL are going to invest £500,000 to improve the Metrodome Pool Complex. The investment will include building a brand new teaching pool, installing a new interactive parent and toddler zone, a new poolside in the waterpark and improving the viewing gallery for the pool hall.
All fitness members that use the pool will have access to all other BPL venues for lane and casual swim sessions. The venues that BPL operate are Hoyland, Dearneside and Royston Leisure Centres. Details of all sessions can be found on our website www.bpl.org.ukÂÂÂ or an information sheet can be collected from the Fitness Reception.

Group Exercise Classes

Pilates is a head to toe fitness method. This mat based exercise class will take you through a conditioning routine to improve strength, flexibility and endurance and is a great way to build skills that will carry over into your sporting activities and everyday life.
