MAXx at Fitness Flex DHSC

Welcome to MAXx - membership and activities for under 16s. As well as site specific activities, MAXx membership also includes access to Calypso Cove Waterpark and selected times at Metrodome Bowling (both located at the Metrodome Leisure Complex, home of Fitness Flex Metrodome).

MAXx Swimming

Swimming is a key skill for life! Improve your technique, stamina and ability with swimming in marked out lanes. Great for health and fitness.

Access to public swims (excluding adult only) Under 8s must be supervised by an accompanying adult.

    Selected Group Exercise Fitness Classes are available to MAXx members! Make friends and socialise as you exercise, find your inner strength motivated by others!

  • Calypso Cove Waterpark

    Calypso Cove Waterpark

    Calypso Cove is home to fantastic flumes, sensational slides and wonderful waves - making it a great day out for the whole family! Splash your way through the slides, flumes and pools before retreating to The Hideout on poolside to refuel and relax with some hearty grog ‘n’ grub!     Supervised gym sessions for ages 11-15 Selected gym equipment - please ask on site

  • Diving at Calypso Cove

    Take the plunge from a choice of 3 diving boards, a great adrenaline rush! 1m, 3m or 5m high!

  • MAXx Ten Pin Bowling
