Abs Blast

An abdominal workout with a focus on core strength and stability to improve your posture, training technique, ability, and body shape! This class is great for improving performance with certain sports, back pain and for withstanding abdominal muscles.

    An aerobic and toning workout to music in the pool. The water supports your body's weight making the class moderate intensity.

  • LES MILLS BODYPUMP™

    The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast!

  • Circuits

    A dynamic class that involves a mixture of resistance, cardiovascular & weight exercises.

  • Legs, Bums & Tums

    A strength and cardio class featuring a series of exercises concentrating on the legs, bums & tums.

  • Pilates

    Pilates

    Pilates is a head to toe fitness method. This mat based exercise class will take you through a conditioning routine to improve strength, flexibility and endurance and is a great way to build skills that will carry over into your sporting activities and everyday life.

    A class with a vigorous workout based in the fitness studio on our specially designed studio exercise bikes.

  • Zumba®

    Exercise in disguise - you won't even realise you are exercising it is so much fun!

  • LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™

    This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines.

  • Body Tone

    Increase muscular strength and tone and get your heart rate up. A great class for those that want too see a change in their body shape.

  • Swimfit®

    A Swimfit® Activate+ session is an exciting new social experience in the pool delivered by a fully qualified Swimfit® instructor. You'll discuss your individual goals before getting started on your very own pool workout programme to follow, including various strokes to try and tips to get more from your swim.

  • Fitness Pilates

    Integrates a mix of the original exercises and ideas with modern research and updated techniques that are suitable for a group exercise class. It is a group exercise programme designed to enhance the posture, strength, balance and stability of a healthy adult.
