At Fitness Flex, we believe in offering all of our members Quality without Compromise. We pride ourselves on offering flexible membership options to best suit your individual needs. 

Our flexible membership options are complimented by high quality fitness equipment, cutting edge technology and a passionate, qualified and dedicated team.

We believe in offering a choice of 12 month contracts or no minimum contract, allowing you peace of mind and best value for your money.

Who We Are

Fitness Flex venues are operated by BPL who have many years’ experience in facility management. We currently have 10 fitness venues in our portfolio.

We also manage a range of other venues from golf courses to restaurants and out of hours schools facilities. We are always looking for opportunities to develop our business further.

      Resting the legs on a stability ball or a bench relaxes the hip flexors and allows the abs to work more

    • Calorie Burning


      To maximise calorie burning, aim to do exercises which use the larger muscles of the body - such as the legs, upper back and chest - or a combination of muscles. Although it's not a bad idea to include some ab exercises to help strengthen these muscles, it shouldn't be the main focus of your workout.

    • Get Mate-ivated!


      A workout buddy is really helpful for keeping motivated, but it's important to find someone who will inspire-not discourage. Choose a mate who will spur you on & push you further! Together you will achieve much more!

      Exercise Tip - 13/08/13

      Here's a tip if you enjoy running. Running outdoors involves propelling yourself forwards against the resistance of air. This results in a higher energy cost than running indoors on a treadmill. So, to match the effort level of outdoor running, all you need to do is increase the treadmill gradient to around 1%
