Boot Camp

Boot camps provide social support for those taking part. This provides a different environment for those exercisers who get bored in a gym and so find it hard to develop a habit of exercise. Make friends and socialise as you exercise, find your inner strength motivated by others!

    A cardio exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.

  • Pilates

    Pilates

    Pilates is a head to toe fitness method. This mat based exercise class will take you through a conditioning routine to improve strength, flexibility and endurance and is a great way to build skills that will carry over into your sporting activities and everyday life.

  • Step

    A fun-filled challenging workout for mind and muscle involving performing a variety of steps up on to an elevated platform.

  • Studio Cycling

    A class with a vigorous workout based in the fitness studio on our specially designed studio exercise bikes.

  • Zumba®

    Zumba®

    Exercise in disguise - you won't even realise you are exercising it is so much fun!

  • Body & Tone

    Increase muscular strength and tone and get your heart rate up. A great class for those that want too see a change in their body shape.

  • Aqua Aerobics

    An aerobic and toning workout to music in the pool. The water supports your body's weight making the class moderate intensity.

  • Tone

    A class including various muscle toning and body sculpting techniques utilising aerobic movements and a variety of exercises

  • Physical Yoga

    A combination of breathing exercises, physical movements and meditation.
