Group Exercise Classes

20/20/20

Three workouts in one! The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of stretching and core work.

  • Aquacise

    Aquacise

    An aerobic and toning workout to music in the pool. The water supports your body's weight making the class moderate intensity.

  • Body Max

    Enjoy cardio mixed with a variety of strength training exercises for total body conditioning.

  • Core Stability

    A class using the very latest exercises and innovative equipment to help your abs improve your posture and strength.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is a head to toe fitness method. This mat based exercise class will take you through a conditioning routine to improve strength, flexibility and endurance and is a great way to build skills that will carry over into your sporting activities and everyday life.

  • Studio Cycling

    A class with a vigorous workout based in the fitness studio on our specially designed studio exercise bikes.

  • Zumba®

    Exercise in disguise - you won't even realise you are exercising it is so much fun!

  • Swimfit®

    A Swimfit® Activate+ session is an exciting new social experience in the pool delivered by a fully qualified Swimfit® instructor. You'll discuss your individual goals before getting started on your very own pool workout programme to follow, including various strokes to try and tips to get more from your swim.

  • HIIT

    A high intensity interval training class. An INSANE workout for INSANE results in just 8 weeks! Get ready.

  • Kettlercise

    Using smaller Kettlebells than in traditional classes, Kettlercise focuses on a number of blood pumping exercises designed to burn fat and improve performance!

  • Young at Heart

    Targeted towards our older members, but designed for all ages, this class combines gentle aerobics with light weights.

  • Chair-based Exercise

    Exactly as it sounds! A number of exercises and movements for members that struggle to stand and intend to keep fit and strong.

  • Cardiac Rehab

    A class geared towards members who have previously suffered heart complications and are on the road to recovery.

  • Senior Circuits

    A slightly less-intense version of circuit training geared towards our older members offering a wide variety of exercises and movements.

  • Body Conditioning

    A specialised form of interval training that involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise, separated by longer intervals of low intensity exercise.

  • Power Hoop

    A workout consisting of a range of movements with a weighted hoop. Perfect for strengthening the core and firming the abs!

  • Fitness Yoga

    A new yoga, an exciting yoga, a yoga for everyone. Come extend your minds, flex perceptions and twist the traditional view of yoga!

  • New Mums

    Bring the push chair and take part in some light exercise, break as you wish to look after your little one or socialise with other mums. You must have doctors consent before taking part.
