Boxercise

An exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit; such as shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, hitting punch bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit ups.

  • Dance Aerobics

    A fun and funky way to move to the music, learn some fantastic dance moves and get fit at the same time.

  • Pilates

    Pilates is a head to toe fitness method. This mat based exercise class will take you through a conditioning routine to improve strength, flexibility and endurance and is a great way to build skills that will carry over into your sporting activities and everyday life.

  • Yoga

    Create a balance between the body and the mind, promoting health and wellbeing.

  • Body & Tone

    Increase muscular strength and tone and get your heart rate up. A great class for those that want too see a change in their body shape.

  • HIIT

    A high intensity interval training class. An INSANE workout for INSANE results in just 8 weeks! Get ready.

  • Metafit

    Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit is a 30 minute session that combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional 'Old school' bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!

  • Body Sculpt

    A non-aerobic muscle-toning class that focuses mainly on core-strength using a combination of weight bars, exercise bands or dumbbells.

  • Kettlercise

    Using smaller Kettlebells than in traditional classes, Kettlercise focuses on a number of blood pumping exercises designed to burn fat and improve performance!
